The Finca Vigía Foundation proudly announces the appointment of Stephanie Bond as its new Executive Director. Having worked closely with the Foundation over the past year, Stephanie now steps into this leadership role at a pivotal moment in the organization’s history.

While her appointment marks a new chapter, the Foundation remains firmly focused on its mission to preserve American Nobel Laureate Ernest Hemingway’s historic Cuban home—Finca Vigía.

Stephanie brings a clear vision, a deep appreciation for literary and historical preservation, and a strong knowledge of Cuban culture. These qualities make her uniquely suited to guide the Foundation’s continued growth and expand its outreach.

“We are thrilled to announce Stephanie Bond as the next Executive Director of the Finca Vigía Foundation,” said Mary-Jo Adams, the Foundation’s Senior Advisor. “Her leadership skills and knowledge will guide us well as we enter our third decade of international collaboration to preserve the legacy of Ernest Hemingway for generations to come.”

As Executive Director, Stephanie will oversee the Foundation’s programs, partnerships, and fundraising initiatives—further strengthening the U.S.–Cuba collaboration that has been at the heart of the Foundation’s work since its inception.
